Abstract
The present paper describes the preliminary design of a data acquisition and control system for a nuclear reactor. The RA-3 (Argentine Reactor 3) is a 6 MW (thermal) water-pool type of reactor that is used for radioisotope irradiation and as a research facility. It is located in Ezeiza, Argentina.
