Abstract :
This paper describes a project to design and implement standard data types, data storage formats, graphic and disk handling routines and an extensible and portable module and language structure for the computer aided design of control systems. The standard data types and disk formats might be described as a standard "bus" for control system design software. The standard graphic and input output routines and the language structure might be viewed as the "crate."
