Abstract :
This paper considers the problem of a plant stability in closed-loop balanced realization with reduced order linear compensator. The dissipativeness condition reported in literature is only a test for stability in SISO systems. Here, the stability condition proposed for MIMO systems plays a fundamental role in designing a low order feedback scheme.
