Abstract :
An intelligent control algorithm for a two-axis camera vision platform has been developed and implemented using Intel 80386 microprocessors. This algorithm is shown to perform fast and robust positioning at a bandwidth of 10 Hz or better and it is insensitive to inertia changes and mechanical vibrations.
