Abstract
An analytical solution to the full-car, 3D optimal suspension design problem is developed by applying and extending the corresponding 2D approach. Various qualitative and quantitative implications of the solution are revealed and discussed, establishing a link with the previous ID, quarter-car, and 2D, half-car results.
