Abstract
The stability of 2-D nonnegative discrete systems with interval uncertainty is being considered. This class of systems is described by 2-D state space models where the system matrix A is a nonnegative interval matrix. Sufficient conditions for the stability of such system are given based on the 2-D Lyapunov equation. The extension to the n-D case is briefly discussed, and it is indicated that for the first order 2-D case necessary and sufficient conditions can be obtained.
