Abstract :
In this paper we consider the application of the sequential analysis theory to solving of actual theoretical problems of automatic control such as: identification of dynamic characteristics, design of control algorithms, adaptation. The proposed approach is based upon the spectrum representation of time characteristics of dynamic systems in the basis of orthogonal Walsh functions.
