Seattle IMS Interactive Forum

The Interactive Forum has always been an integral part of the technical program for the International Microwave Symposium (IMS). While the podium presentations are well structured by session content and a limited time window, the Interactive Forum offers both authors and participants the time and venue to interact. The format of the Interactive Forum allows adequate time for the authors to present the documented information described on their poster boards but also gives the attendees time to review the information and have in-depth conversations with the authors. This atmosphere is complemented by the industry hosted beverages and refreshments provided within the hall. The papers presented at the Interactive Forum go through the identical review and acceptance process as those presented at the podium sessions. Thus the high-quality technical content is enhanced by the opportunity to engage the authors for greater detail that is more challenging during the podium presentations. The Interactive Forum will be organized over two days and will follow the same technical topic format as the podium sessions.
