Abstract
In this paper we present new existence theorems of stabilization and a controller design procedure for time-varying discrete bilinear systems. Unlike other publications on stabilization of bilinear systems we consider the output feedback with time delays, and the control law from a broader class of functions. The main theorems basically state that under broad conditions, the zero state of the systems can be made asymptotically stable by the output feedback. The controller design procedure is simple and effective as it is illustrated by the simulation results.
