Abstract
A globally stable finite-spectrum assignment adaptive controller is proposed for linear continuous systems involving point internal and external delays. It is assumed that the process is inverse stable and the delays are known. It is proved that the plant output of any zero-free stable reference model while all the signals remain bounded.
