Abstract :
Recent requirements for the characteristics of a stationary lead acid battery have been the improvement of maintenance, volumetric and weight efficiency, as well as power characteristics responsive to usage. These characteristics should be improved without sacrificing the battery life span. This report describes the research and development undertaken to meet the above requirements and the results.
