    A Commercial Communications Satellite Earth Stations Data Base is being prepared by The Aerospace Corporation for use by government planners in addressing commercial satellite survivability issues. It includes data on common-carrier-owned, transmit/ receive, C-band, continental United States-based earth stations for commercial communications satellite systems. This paper describes the data base and the methodology used for its development.
