Abstract :
The main theme of this paper is to present the details of the design of a PWM control integrated circuit for three-phase DC/AC converter. The IC is designed based upon newly developed Pulse-Width Modulation techniques, which include two-phase and three-phase modulation techniques, deterministic and random techniques, and common-mode voltage reduction techniques [1–9].The designed circuit is verified by both FPGA-based system and a real IC taped out using 0.25 μm foundry process. Experimental results fully support the design confirming the integrated circuit development.
