Abstract :
In this paper, a location aware public/personal diversity of information services based on embedded RFID platform that integrates the existed RFID systems and digital information content services server is proposed. The embedded RFID middleware integration platform included in the proposed system is the main system to manage information from RFID communication system. The platform embedded by RFID system and API, logical determination and decision function, and third party API. According to the gained information of user´s RFID tag, the platform access the remote digital content database and broadcast the corresponding digital content such as advertisements, coupons, or multimedia which related to the end user´s personal requirements, locations, or historical user records. The information services provided to each user are individual and diverse. The real test and verification prove that the proposed platform can certainly reduce the construction cost of specific area service system deployment. In addition, the proposed platform can be embedded to different RFID hardware and third party application.
