Abstract :
This study is evaluated the performance of wireless universal serial bus (WUSB) transmission system by Wimedia alliance defined. WUSB adopts the multi-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MB-OFDM) ultra-wideband (UWB) technology to raise the transmission data rate up to 480 Mbps. An experimental WUSB system is setup to demonstrate its performance for high data rate and excellent packet error rate (PER) at various short distances on free space.
