Abstract :
To find a way to access a path to provide quality of service (QoS) requirements, we can use the constraint-based routing technique. Until now algorithms uses an additive constraint along with a bandwidth constraint (e.g. delay or hop count) have been used. It was for the requirement of QoS. Selecting the path is used not only for the guaranty QoS, but also for the bandwidth and delay constraints. The performance of network is properly used for the resources, but it was not paid attention before. The proposed was tested based on two goals that were as guaranty QoS and the optimized utilization of resource. The main approaches for the optimized utilization of resource are limited and minimize the use of resource and balancing traffic load of network. Therefore, the path selection has minimum hop count and minimum residual bandwidth. What simulated proposed algorithm has shown is that it has a better operation to provide QoS requirements and optimal utilization of resource.
