Abstract :
Based on existing industry automated system, this paper has introduced a kind of solution for implementing signal collection and controlled different subsystem to achieve system network and run harmony and control intelligent. The system is kernel on 8051 single chip which has realized data collection and system monitoring to various system lower machine. The system´s hardware design has based on character of device in existence. The system has imported 485 bus specifications and made super long distance communication to realize and reduced bus density and improved system reliability. It will provide reliable safeguard for corporation to realize network automation control and well roof to future secondary exploitation and functional expander.
