Abstract :
Cultural algorithm (CA) is an evolutionary model inspired by the cultural evolution process which shows many excellent characteristics and succeeded in solving some complicated problems. In this paper, a self-adaptive CA is proposed based fuzzy controller, The new algorithm adjusting parameter beta using fuzzy controller, changing the member of individuals in evolution process, making the CA optimized. The simulation results illustrate that the self-adaptive CA based fuzzy controller is better than CA.
