Abstract :
This paper introduces a blind identification methods for FIR multiuser channels and the design criteria. It is investigated by introducing multirate filterbanks in the transmitters of channels. The multirate filterbanks designed under this criteria for singleuser channel provide a information so that the impulse response of the channel can determined uniquely by the designed filterbanks. Furthermore, the multirate filterbanks designed under this criteria for multiuser channels generate certain orthogonality among user signals. The multiuser channel identification problem is transferred to several pure single user channel identification problem.
