Abstract :
This paper presents a new test data compression technique that uses less than nine codewords. The small number of codewords helps the proposed method to lower its complexity. Nevertheless its decoder occupies small area, this technique reduces test data volume significantly. Experimental results for ISCAS´89 benchmark show the efficiency of the proposed method.
