            Abstract : 
With the separate installation and maintenance of voice guiding systems for the blind, there have been functional malfunctions, maintenance and consistency problems due to difficulties of interconnection. To cope with these problems, this paper proposes and tests a new voice guiding system based on the serial connection technique of speakers. The system has a server as a master, and voice guiding systems as slaves. Speaker connections as well as all the parts in each slave have been hard-wired with FPGA chips.
