Abstract
At present, all the countries in the world regard bringing up teachers´ professional level as the breakthrough of improving education quality. Educational technology ability is an important part of teachers´ professional quality. This paper expatiates the connotation and components of educational technology ability, analyzes teaching reform ideas in training educational technology ability of normal students, and explores the training strategies of educational technology ability for normal students and in-service teachers respectively according to their characteristics.
