Abstract :
Simulation of atmosphere environment is an important part of high-fidelity distributed battlefield simulation. The simulation applications of atmosphere need to establish dynamic run-time databases to response atmosphere data requests of other weapon realities in time. Technologies of main memory database (MMDB) can be used to meet the needs of real-time quality. In this paper, a dynamic run-time database of atmosphere is implemented based on eXtremeDB which is a commercial main memory database product, and a federate of atmosphere is designed.
