Abstract :
This The paper analyzes deficit of the current e-learning platform firstly, then establishes a Web-based discipline teaching resource platform system model according to the location of university or college, the developing subject direction and the level of students. Several key technologies of the model are expatiated and some solutions are proposed. Finally, an n-tier teaching resource platform for "computer accessed introduction" is implemented to utilize this model and solutions.
