Analysis of Certain Methods in Management Science that Aimed to Development Students´ Practical Skills and Career Skills

The priority of universities and colleges is to develop students´ practical capability, creative capability, career capability as well as the capability to initiate a business. As a fundamental course in management major, management science is supposed to have certain features stressing the development of applied talents in the arrangement and design of its educational activities, namely, aimed to improve college studentspsila capabilities in commanding knowledge, utilizing knowledge and fitting in the society. The article emphatically analyzed the methods and approaches of developing students´ practical skills and career skills in the coursepsilas teaching process.
