Abstract :
Because of the digitization of operational management, the application of e-commerce in the travel agency industry is broader compared with most of other industries and has a more profound impact on the operating model of the travel agencies. Drawing on a long-term research and tracking study of the domestic large and medium-sized travel agencies, the paper sums up the e-commerce´s operating model of travel agencies, as well as the corresponding innovation of operating model and management systems, and unfolds on several issues of travel agencies´ operation under the background of e-commerce.
