Abstract :
Inspects the domestic and foreign each kind of information security event to discover that behind information security event representation, those who play the decision role is the human, the human is in the information security the most active factor, human´s behavior and the information security is closely related, human´s unsafe behavior causes accident´s primary cause. The paper has studied the demand, the motive and the behavior relations, has studied the user network behavioral model, and based on this model analysis user legitimate and tort, has obtained the information security behavior management model through the behavior research, proposed against human wall and the manpower firewall´s idea, the paper conclusion is humanist is broad based on the behavioral science information security research prospect, can develop one´s ability to the full.
