Abstract :
A low profile dual linear/circular polarization antenna is presented for 3.5 GHz WiMAX band (3.4 - 3.6 GHz ap 5.7 % bandwidth). An external polarizer composed of 45deg tilted strips on a printed circuit is placed significantly close over the radiating patches, and a circular polarization bandwidth widening is obtained. 8% average bandwidth has been measured in reflection and dual linear/circular polarization parameters.
