Abstract :
Research activities in the framework of millimeter-wave applications are presented and discussed. Studies are focused on the investigation of low-losses dielectric substrates, such as benzocyclobutene, and hybrid array configurations for efficient broadband performances at millimeter frequencies. Validation examples of both technology and design approaches are reported.
