Abstract
Spacecraft has many sensitive circuits/elements and different levels of signals. This demands a well designed interface circuit and a noise limited signal propagation strategy. This paper highlights the salient features of the electrical distribution system to buttress the interface circuit. It is of significance to note that a well conceived grounding strategy is essential for noise limited signal propagation. Important facets of grounding are brought out. Computer influenced high bit rate transmission strategies that are akin to spacecraft scenario are discussed. Standard interface buses and their merits are presented. Bluetooth technology and its significance to satellite testing find a mention.
