Abstract :
An intelligent control system of combine load feedback is designed based on ARM9 and muC/OS-II. The input signals ( rotary speed of threshing cylinder, entrainment losses and cleaning losses) are received by the control system and dealt with by the fuzzy neural network and embedded kernel of ARM9. Then it provides the pulse signals of step motor to drive the hydraulic coupler. Finally, the combine can run rapidly and steadily to achieve the dual-high goal of the quality and efficiency. The experimental results prove that the control system has certain stability and can reach anticipated effects.
