  • Abstract
This electronic controlling double-joined-valve system is a new type of electronic water-saving integrated system for toilet bowl according to the demand of domestic toilet water-saving. The electronic water-saving integrated system are consists of an electron control system, electromagnetic double joined valve, domestic wastewater reuse device, feedwater pipeline system, sewage drainage pipeline system and toilet bowl. Its structure assembly and working principle are introduced. Electromagnetic double- joined-valve and electron control system for it are designed. The integrated structure, the principle of water-saving, performance analyses, and application scopes are discussed. This system has two models of water-saving, by reusing domestic wastewater of bathing and washing, and by utilizing low rushing water consumption for cleaning toilet bowl every time. It saves water through controlling accurately feedwater time that is dominated by the signal of electron control electrocircuit. A cylindrical self-regulation cleaning device ensures no jam for using wastewater. The result indicates that the system has remarkable water-saving effect than common one. Valvespsila seal capability is good and reliability is high. It may save more than fifty percent tap water a day for a family. Tap water can be saved ninety percent under the water consumption of toilet bowl whole use wastewater reuse.
