Abstract :
The landmark plan play an important role in scheduling management for large-scale project. In this paper the concept of landmark event completion date of fuzzy proposed, and realize the completion date of fuzzy based on the fuzzy network technology; the Markov trait of landmark event is discussed, give the calculation method of one step transition probability according to the calculation of fuzzy Markov chain transition probability, establish the project process prediction model of Markov computer simulation; the forecasts of the project process are realized in using of the language of MATLAB, a new method of macroscopically process control for larger scale project was provided for owner.
