  • Abstract
    A fuzzy multi-criteria model and an open storage network model about forest lookout station has been established in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City China. The correlative theory is fuzzy programming & stochastic programming. In order to have the optimum result for a priority, the genetic algorithm has been used.
