According to the theory of usability engineer and information architecture, we should pay more attention to the two aspects in doing usage-centered design for government Website: how to make information clearer and easier to be understandable and how to deliver Information more expressively. A series of methods can enhance the usability of government Website. By analyzing Canada government Website, we can see how the theory and methodology can be applied in practice.
