Abstract
The DOCSIM system is an out-patient information system that integrates intelligent modules into a pre-diagnosis session to help doctors retrieve similar cases from previous successful treatments and store new successful cases into the system´s knowledge base for future use. In testing the system with 45 patients, a human doctor gave the DOCSIM system an average score of 3.39 out of 4.
