Abstract
A critical challenge in remanufacturing of reverse logistics is to seek for a primly production planning method. In some degree, what reverse logistics faces is one kind of indirect need, namely face to need of assembling product component again. Therefore, the disassembly sequence should be made according to the number of different call back productions. In this paper, a disassembly sequence model of call back production is built applied integer plans considering the time, cost and holding cost. The model takes minimum total cost as target function. Then, lead time and cost are controlled through adjusting constraint conditions.
