Abstract :
This paper proposes a genetic algorithm based optimization technique for the design of on-chip antenna. Genetic algorithm can be used to find out the optimal parameters to enhance the loop quality factor, and meet the constraints at the same time. When process condition is fixed, the loop quality is 0.3723, which is 50% higher than the loop quality got with traditional condition. And if the process condition is not fixed, the loop quality can be 6.0928.
