  • Abstract
    With the world market rapid competition and the global energy shortage, the manufacturing enterprises are obliged to consume the least sources, use the shortest manufacturing period for best quality productions and send them to the dealers with the most rapid speed. In such circumstances, the inherent limitation of existing MES system cannot satisfy the enterprise productionpsilas demands. Based on lean thought, this paper analyses the disadvantages of existing MES system, puts forwards Lean MES concept, constructs its functional and information model, and finally introduces the key technologies for lean MESpsilas realization.
