Abstract

Stakeholder management should not be built on the concept, and should establish a supportive mode based on the framework of stakeholders management. In recent years, soft systems methodology (SSM) and case-based reasoning (CBR) is an important field through the use of computers to build a model of decision support system for assisting company to do an intelligent decisioniquestThis paper integrates SSM and CBR to form a strategy model used in the stakeholder management. This model can incorporate stakeholder consensus, organizational justice, and system effectiveness considerations.
