Abstract
Next Generation Network (NGN) is a multi-service integrated network. The services management quality is proposed as a new problem facing NGN services management. This paper gives out a services management quality evaluation index system based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) indices. It adopts fuzzy hierarchy process quantitative analysis method to evaluate the indices of the system. The example of evaluation explains that the fuzzy evaluation method is usable.
