Abstract
Based on a method of LMI, a kind of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is used, and the controller design is discussed for the linear delta-operator control systems with state delay and input delay, in which the state delay parameter is uncertain. Using a new type of memory feedback controller, the delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller are brought forward in terms of linear matrix inequality. The proposed method brings previous related conclusions of continuous and discrete-time systems into the unified Delta-operator form.
