            Abstract : 
Supervisory mechanism as a complementation to internal quality of software projects is an objective demand in the development of software industry. This paper discusses the significance of introducing supervisory mechanism into software industry. An experience on how to develop supervisory mechanism is also introduced, based on the interpretation of software evaluation criteria.
