  • Abstract
    Two kinds of new improved macromodelings are proposed for analyzing the coupled on-chip RLC interconnects. By using the moment matching, the T and Π models are derived, which are the same as those based on the global approximations. Then the method is expanded to the coupled interconnects, and the new improved macromodelings are derived. Compared the results of the new improved macromodelings and SPICE, it is testified that the former works great faster than SPICE, and has a good accuracy.
