Abstract
VBLAST is the famous layered space-time signal processing algorithm, the original research of VBLAST assumes that channel fading is flat. The detection process of VBLAST uses linear combination nulling and successive symbol cancellation based on inversing and ordering. The high delay of processing is the major disadvantage of the scheme. This paper, we develop a hybrid MIMO detector applying of successive interference cancellation (SIC) and parallel interference cancellation (PIC) based on wideband MIMO channels. The scheme employs SIC algorithm at first slayer detector based on MMSE and PIC at other layers detector, and so the new scheme is of less time delay. The scheme was evaluated by computer simulation, simulation results states the new scheme is at a litter loss of performance to ZF-VBLAST.
