Research on Knowledge Management Based on Public Innovation Platform

Argument about research of knowledge management (KM) and public innovation platform (PIP) always exists. But nobody combines KM with PIP to research. This paper starts with the conclusion of PIP stages. According to previous research, the paper analyses the conception of PIP, the structure of PIP, the functions of PIP, etc. On this basis, this paper puts forward some new methods of KM based on PIP as well as the advantages of the improved model.
