Abstract :
The paper firstly described the significance of implementing reverse logistics, then analyzed the difficulties of implementing of reverse logistics from the external and internal conditions of supply chains, and, lastly, proposed the countermeasures for the implementation of reverse logistics management from the perspective of SCM.
