  • Abstract
    By analyzing the impacts on the runoff of rain flood by the change of land utilization types, this paper gained the results on the dramatic change in the substrate surface during the urbanization process in Wuhan: Because of the urbanization of Wuhan city, the staunch ground is increasing, the rainfall of the city zone is increasing, and it increasing the runoff coefficient, shortening the influx time, increasing the peak discharge, bringing forward the flood peak. Then the paper targeted the concrete situation of flood and waterlogs disasters in Wuhan and pointed out the measures on reduction of rain flood disaster.
