Accessible Network Information Environment Design from the Perspective of Visual Disability

The visitor has visual disability, which will greatly restrict their access to network information. This paper will discuss the factors and strategies of accessible network information environment design which can include visual disability visitors, to achieve the goal of designing the accessible network, set up a relatively fair network information environment.
