Abstract
To evaluate braking performance of the vehicle scientifically and acquire directly described braking performance parameters of braking distance, horizontal displacement and yaw angle, the paper brings forward the method of testing braking track basing on dynamic measurements of braking wheel force solves the problem that can only rely on the road testing to get the braking track. The same pressure sensors are installed on the four corners of a single rectangular plate. With adjacent side of the rectangular plate as axis, plane coordinate system is established. When the wheels brake in the plate, braking track is acquired by the way of torque balance. The testing flat which will be placed side by side in series can carry out the real-time test braking track of each wheel at the same time, braking distance, the horizontal displacement and yaw angle, the evaluation of the braking performance.
